Terms of Service

1. Your rights

You retain all copyright and ownership of the works you publish through Digital Draft. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to reproduce, distribute and sell your work in the formats and channels you select, for as long as your title remains published.

2. Your responsibilities

You confirm that you own or have licensed all rights to the content you upload, including text, images and cover art, and that your work does not infringe the rights of others.

3. Fees and royalties

Plan fees are charged per title. Royalties are calculated as described on our Pricing page and paid monthly, 60 days after the end of the month in which the sale occurred.

4. Unpublishing

You may unpublish a title at any time from your dashboard. Retail channels typically remove listings within 10 business days.
